David Smith Jr

David Smith Jr is a trustworthy and likeable guy who believes that maintaining a positive attitude towards every situation in life is the key to success. He believes that by managing our thoughts and shifting our perception we truly can eliminate self-doubts and fears from our lives.

Growing up working alongside his father, who is an electrician and general contractor, positioned him for home servicing at an early age. He loved seeing the transformation of homes via remodelling but later realized construction wasn't where his heart was at. But still very passionate he knew one day he would find his place within the real estate industry. This led him to read many books on different investment strategies, and to buying courses and attending seminars. He even became a certified home inspector solely for more education and to help with his lack of construction knowledge.

Still unable to connect the dots and find his place in real estate he pursued sales for a major telecommunications company where things started to heat up. He realized his friendly demeanour and positive outlook on life left a great impression on many for him, which he took this trait into sales and flourished. He understood that it was never about the product or money but how well he understood each of his clients' needs and how to target the benefits of the services to satisfy their needs.

This is when he first got his major aha moment in life knowing that he had an everlasting passion for real estate and that he was great in sales; becoming a real estate agent would be a pivotal choice for his career.

He is always happy to meet anyone and to assist however he can.
