Amy Cunningham

Amy grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN, and frequently took the Metro Transit into the city to visit galleries, art museums, music venues, and shops. Amy is an artist and has held solo exhibitions of her own work, led artist residencies, and organized community murals. Her first career began in 2007 as an art teacher. Amy has shared her passion for art with students of all ages and holds a Master’s Degree in Education. Amy enjoys teaching and will continue to teach art out of her studio in Princeton, MN. It is in Princeton that Amy became interested in the real estate business.

Amy and her husband purchased their first home in Princeton in 2001. It is there that they started their family. During that time, they made major improvements, doing the work themselves. When they sold the home in 2015, they purchased a“fixer upper” and worked together to improve the home, selling it for a large profit. This allowed them to realize a long-awaited dream of owning a lake home. Amy and her family currently reside in Princeton on a lake that they have fished together for over 21 years.

The experience of selling and purchasing homes has led Amy to start a second career in real estate. Amy is passionate about helping others to realize their dreams and knows that sometimes it takes a creative mindset and hard work to find the path to those dreams. Amy’s experience along with her knowledge of remodeling and construction gives Amy an edge. She wants to help people to reach their goals whether it is residential, commercial, land, or a lake home.
