Anoka County contains 20 cities and one township, Linwood. The City of Anoka is the county seat and sits on the Northstar Commuter Rail. It is home to the City of Anoka Aquatic Center, three hospitals (all acute care facilities) and a charming downtown, offering an array of eclectic and unique shops and restaurants. Anoka is also known as the Halloween Capital of the World.
