Jess was adopted from Vietnam and spent his early childhood in Arizona, has traveled widely, but moved to Minnesota during elementary school for the great opportunities of a better education in Northfield. He avidly participated in school and civic activities including founding Students Supporting Students and captaining his Olympic Weightlifting team. After graduating with honors, he is now furthering his education at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Jess is excited to expand his knowledge in college and start his career as a successful real estate agent.

Jess is known for his kindness, positivity, loyalty, attention to detail, determination, and problem solving. Influenced by family and friends in home decor, renovation, and real estate, he has fallen in love with the business of real estate investment and sales. Although he is young, Jess is driven to give each and every one of his clients respect, professionalism, and enjoyment in their real estate experience. Jess is passionate about caring for others and getting the job done.

When he his not helping someone else attain their goals or pursuing his own, Jess can be found spending time with his girlfriend and their new Frenchie puppy or working out in the gym. He also loves spending time behind the lens capturing the world and in the kitchen making his loved ones delicious international inspired cuisine.

Dani Pounds and Kirsten Dillon are the best of the best! Because of them, I, a 21 year old who just graduated college, was able to confidently purchase my own home. At no point throughout the process did I feel embarassed about asking for their professional advice/guidance. They always made themselves available for me and did an excellent job in communicating any updates, hiccups, successes, etc. My experience was beyond positive, and significantly better than what I’ve heard from all other home owners I’ve spoken too.
