Erica grew up in Minneapolis and currently resides in Richfield with her husband and young son. Having always had a desire to help others, she went to school to become a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and has worked to help others struggling with addiction and homelessness. Her work with those struggling with homelessness and addiction gave her an awareness of the importance of stable housing. After nearly a decade and working through the pandemic, she realized she needed a change but wanted to continue to work to help others. Then the Kris Lindahl Scholarship opportunity came up and she knew that was the direction she wanted to go.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, shopping, watching movies, and making handmade cards and photo albums. Having gone through the homebuying process, she understands the stress involved in buying a home. Erica is excited to help you find your next home and make the process easy, fun, and as stress-free as possible.

Dani Pounds and Kirsten Dillon are the best of the best! Because of them, I, a 21 year old who just graduated college, was able to confidently purchase my own home. At no point throughout the process did I feel embarassed about asking for their professional advice/guidance. They always made themselves available for me and did an excellent job in communicating any updates, hiccups, successes, etc. My experience was beyond positive, and significantly better than what I’ve heard from all other home owners I’ve spoken too. We used Kris Lindahl Real estate for the selling and buying of our new home and was assign Luke Stuber as our realtor. Luke the realtor was absolutely fantastic to work with!
